Dear LSIA Lot Owners,
As previously mentioned at the Annual Fall meeting, there is a scheduled road closure that is occurring within the next week and a half. Please see below for additional details regarding the closure.
Road closure located at 299 Camelot Shore Drive.
Date: September 10, 2025
Time: 7:30 am. – 4:00pm
Reason: Replace damaged culvert pipe.
Affected lots: 299 Camelot Shore Drive and above; Woodbridge Private Drive;
All of Tristan Drive, Viviana Drive, and Avalon Drive.
Project Contact person – Jim Melchionda: info@lancelotshores.com
Detail: A drain pipe crossing the road at 299 Camelot Shore Drive will be replaced. This section of road is sinking because of the failing pipe and must be repaired before the winter season. This is being done at this time in conjunction with paving.
Residents, Renters, Airbnb homes, and any delivery vehicles will need to be notified. Lot owners must notify any persons on their property or who needs access to their property of this closure. The Board of Directors does not have access to these personnel.
Walking will be the only means of egress during this time. Please notify service providers of this delay and reschedule any actions.
Any vehicles that need to get in and out during this timeframe will need to park alongside the road or at the beaches so that you have access to leave. Additionally, we are aware that this day also coincides with rubbish removal by Browns Rubbish Removal. If there is someone that is willing to have your rubbish placed at their property, Browns has agreed to pick it up there. Please contact April Brown to advise if you are placing your rubbish at another location within the association. The other option we have been given is to hold it until the following week where they will allow for more bags to be collected.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience caused but this is a mandatory closure to prevent a winter disaster for the affected lots.
As always, if you should have any questions, please contact the board at info@lancelotshores.com.
Thank you,
BOD LSIA
