Lancelot Shores Improvement Association is responsible for the upkeep and repairs to the Mail House structure and actual mail & parcel boxes if damaged.
The Association is NOT responsible for changing or replacing the mail or parcel box locks or keys.
The Association Board Members are NOT allowed to change the locks for anyone.
If a key is lost or a lock is damaged and needs replacing it is the responsibility of the homeowner to either change the lock themselves (locks can be bought at Home Depot or Lowes) or you can go to the Farmington Post Office and put in a requisition to have the lock replaced by the USPS for a fee.
