By-Laws
We are in the process of revising the by-laws to bring us up to date and clarify many legal issues that have plagued us in the past. As soon as they have been reviewed by the board we will distribute for your review.
We will be sending out a package soon for your review. The attorney is planning on scheduling two informational meetings (at no cost) to explain the various points covered and to answer any of your questions. We are hoping everyone will have a chance to review the proposed revised by-laws and get all of your questions answered so that we can vote on them at the next membership meeting.
Due Dates
We will be changing the due date on the annual assessments from May 1st to March 31st. The purpose of this is for better budgeting. The dues that we collect are for the current year’s budget. Knowing what the budget is earlier in the year will allow us adequate time to schedule any road repairs before the summer gets kicked off.
