ROADS
During the winter months, please adhere to the speed limit of 20 MPH, use caution when navigating our roads and be sure your car is equipped with tires that are suitable for winter travel.
The plow company has been doing a great job of pre-treating, plowing and sanding the roads both before, during and after storms. If you should have any questions regarding the roads, you can email info@lancelotshores.com.
ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS
Invoices for annual assessments went out on January 1, 2022 and payment was due February 1, 2022. If you have not submitted your payment, please drop off your check at the designated mailbox at the mail house or mail your payment to 300 Camelot Shore Drive, Farmington.
As a board, we ask for your patience and understanding as we are all volunteers who also have work, family and other outside commitments. We are doing our best to respond to emails and other requests in a timely matter.
