This is a reminder of the upcoming Annual Fall Meeting on Saturday September 2nd at 9:00 am at Beach 2.
This IS A VOTING MEETING to Vote for the members who will serve on the LSIA Board of Directors.
If you have time to share with the community by becoming a candidate for the board please, submit your name to the board of directors. Please send your intention to run to info@lancelotshores.com so we can add your name to the ballot.The ballot will be sent out, prior to the meeting, once all interested parties have submitted their intention to run.
If you require a Proxy Vote, please complete the Proxy Vote Form and submit it to the board either before or at the meeting.
In order to vote, you must have declared that you want to be a member of LSIA and that you are a member in good standing, who is up to date on all assessments prior to this meeting. For those that have not filled out the LSIA Member Agreement already, please bring or include a signed copy. Every improved and unimproved lot has one vote.
